Where can you find a fitness program that develops grace, flexibility, and agility? In our, rhythmic gymnastics class, of course!
Girls, ages 6 and older, will have have fun in these one hour classes and will maximize their learning. Rhythmic gymnasts perform on a floor with an apparatus: hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon or rope. The sport combines elements of gymnastics, dance and calisthenics. Gymnasts, also, must be strong, flexible, agile, dexterous and coordinated.
